CS Advocates LLP was formed in 2021 through the merger of Charles & Co Advocates and Situma and Associates Advocates, combining decades of courtroom and boardroom experience under one roof at The Mirage, Waiyaki Way, Westlands, Nairobi.
We are a boutique commercial firm by design: small enough that a partner answers your call, with the depth of experience that commercial matters in Kenya demand.

How We Work
What working with us feels like: you speak to a partner, not a call centre. Every matter is partner-led, every fee is explained up front, and every strategy is explained in plain language, not legal jargon. Whether you are facing a dispute, closing a deal, or building governance systems that stand up to scrutiny, you will always know where your matter stands and what happens next.
